9 To 5 Annihilation Review – Part I

by Leo on March 31, 2010

This post is the first part of the review for the 9-5 Annihilation course by Kieran Gill. I am not able to do a full review as of now because Kieran has not setup all the modules yet even though the product was released yesterday (3/30/2010). This certainly does not give me a good first impression.

How Much Does It Cost?

The course costs $67 one-time fee. Even though during pre-launch I was told the course would be $37 for the 1st month and $47 per month after that, when I actually placed the order, it turned out to be $67 one time.

There is an upgrade of $97 which includes special edition of tools & software; also you get priority access to Kieran and his partner “J” for answering questions. I chose not to purchase the upgrade.

What Do You Get?

There are 4 modules in this course.

  1. The Harvester Method
  2. The Monster Method
  3. Package of Software & Tools
  4. Member Forum

9-5 Annihilation member's area

As the time of this writing, the Harvester Training is live; some of the Tools & Software are live; Monster Training and Forum are not live. I am not sure what Bonuses and Hosting areas are but they are not live yet. As you can see there is a “Chris X Special” section that goes to an upsell which I do not recommend.

In a nutshell, the “Harvester Method” is a quick way to generate cash. It is designed to be a short-term strategy. On the other hand, the “Monster Method” involves in building authority sites that will bringing in long-term, sustainable income.

The idea is to use the “Harvester Method” first for immediate cash while working on the “Monster Method” which could take months before it starts to generate profits.

I have completed the reading of the “Harvester Method” and that’s what I will review in this article.

The Harvester Method

With this method, you build mini-sites based on hot-selling or upcoming products. You get a keyword rich domain name based on product name and model number. Each mini-site is tightly focused on a single product. You will get high conversion rate when driving targeted traffic.

This concept is nothing new. In fact, this is part of what I have been doing for a year now. What I learned from 9 to 5 Annihilation, however, is the resources Kieran uses to find upcoming products that most people don’t know about them yet.

Of course the only way to know if a product is hot is that if it’s already a best seller. But by that time the competition would be fierce. The Harvester Method lets you get in before your competitors. I am sure some of the products you find would turn out to be duds. But many of them will be good choices. By getting in early, you will be able to establish your presence before it becomes too competitive.

The second thing I learned is a cool technique to quickly test your campaign before building the mini-site. Although it doesn’t take much effort to get a mini-site up and running, why spend the money buying the domain and the time to build the site if you knew the product is not going to sell?

I can’t tell you how many times I have picked a product, built a site for it, got high ranking in Google, only to find there was either very little traffic, or the product did’t sell.

By utilizing the method described in 9-5 Annihilation, it’s like having a crystal ball. I can now quickly test to see if the product is going to be a winner. If not, ditch it and move on to the next one.

The third thing I learned is a sneaky but 100% white-hat way to get one-way do-follow backlinks from a PR-5 site. Kieran called this “one of the biggest exploits” he has come across in the past couple of years. I couldn’t agree more. In fact, I think just this one alone is probably worth more than the cost of the entire course.

In summary, I came away with several great things I can integrate into my own system immediately. I can tell you that Kieran Gill definitely knows his stuff and knows it well.

I look forward to the Monster module in which Kieran and his partner “J” will be building an authority site live as the members watching. I will post another review when it is live.

Based on what I have seen so far with the “Harvester Method”, I would highly recommend the 9 to 5 Annihilation course. In case you decided to invest in the course through my affiliate link, I have prepared a bonus package for you. Check it out at www.9to5AnnihilationReview.net.
